My client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Operations Manager to lead and develop a regional operation within a fast-paced facilities management and building services environment.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a proven operational leader who can take full ownership of a region, driving client satisfaction, commercial performance, team development and business growth.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing key client relationships, leading multi-site operations and operating with the mindset of a business owner.
