An established and growing business in Colwyn Bay is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Director to oversee and drive operational performance across the company. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded individual with a strong trades background, particularly within electrical and fabrication environments, who can confidently manage projects from tender stage through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations across projects and departments
  • Overseeing projects from tendering and estimating through to completion and handover
  • Holding full responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
  • Managing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors, procurement, and project schedules
  • Driving continuous improvement across operational processes and business performance

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager, General Manager, or Director-level position
  • Strong trades background, ideally with electrical and fabrication experience
  • Demonstrable experience managing P&L responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
