We are currently recruiting for a well-established law firm in Nottingham that is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic residential conveyancing team.\\n \\nThe Role:\\n\\nAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing essential support to fee earners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service and a supportive working environment.\\n \\nKey Responsibilities:\\n \\nAssisting with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

\\nDrafting legal documents, conducting title checks, and preparing contracts. \\nLiaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates. \\nSupporting fee earners with case management and administrative duties.

\\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies. \\nMaintaining accurate records and case files. Requirements:\\n \\nPrevious experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.

\\nStrong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures. \\nExcellent organisational and administrative skills. \\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
