The Role:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing essential support to fee earners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Drafting legal documents, conducting title checks, and preparing contracts.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates.
• Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative duties.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
• Maintaining accurate records and case files.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in case management systems and IT literacy.
