An established and well-respected regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team. The Role
- You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Help to Buy and shared ownership matters
- Client and referrer communication throughout the transaction
- File management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives where appropriate
About You
- To be considered, you will have:
- At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience handling a varied mix of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
