A highly reputable, multi-service law firm which has a fantastic reputation across Cumbria is looking for a Qualified or experienced Conveyancer to join their high performing property department in Carlisle.
Remuneration & benefits:
- £40,000 - £50,000
- 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Enhanced Maternity Pay
- Other benefits such as pension, healthcare etc.
The Role:
- Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sale and Purchases files from inception to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
- Delegate work to the assistants and support staff
- Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
- Deal with and raise enquiries
The Candidate:
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
- Ideally qualified however not essential (Will consider NQ level)
- Have experience handling varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to build strong client relationships
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
