A highly reputable, multi-service law firm in Cheadle is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, ideally qualified to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. The Role
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
- Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let (Not essential)
- Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
- Maintain a high level of client care
- Work within a structured and well-supported property department
The Candidate
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner
- Ability to manage a residential caseload independently from inception to completion
- Capable of managing 60-70 files from start to finish
- Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
