The role:
- Support fee earners with conveyancing transactions
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders & solicitors
- Prepare draft documents, contracts & transfer deeds
- Order searches, request redemption figures & handle completions
- Maintain client files and compliance standards
- Deliver excellent client care at all times
About you:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Property law
- Strong communication & client service skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office & case management systems
- Professional, proactive & calm under pressure
