Role
The successful candidate will have previous experience in Private Client law, ideally covering Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
You'll work alongside experienced Solicitors, assisting with a varied caseload and gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience develops.
This would suit someone looking to build their career within Private Client, with opportunities for further training and progression.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting Probate applications and inheritance tax matters
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Supporting Solicitors on more complex matters
- Managing files and helping progress cases efficiently
