The Opportunity
An established, highly regarded multi-service law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive Residential Property team.
You’ll benefit from a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant, an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to work within a well-established team that values quality client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Deal with enquiries, title matters and client correspondence
- Handle Remortgage and New Build transactions where experienced
- Build strong relationships with clients and introducers
- Delegate administrative tasks to your dedicated Assistant
Requirements
- Experience independently managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Applications welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced unqualified Conveyancing Fee Earners
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
