Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a stable, long-term support role within a friendly law firm? A well-established, multi-service and multi-office law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to join its Southsea office, primarily supporting the residential conveyancing department. You may also be required to assist other departments with secretarial duties when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties
- Providing administrative and secretarial support
- Assisting other departments when required
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within residential conveyancing or property law. You should have strong typing, administration and communication skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.
