Conveyancing Fee Earner | Liverpool City Centre
A highly reputable, modern law firm in Liverpool City Centre is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Residential Property team.
The firm is open to experienced Fee Earners as well as experienced Conveyancing Paralegals looking to take the next step and progress into a Junior Fee Earner position.
A major selling point is the firm's approach to caseloads and support. Fee Earners manage no more than 50 files and benefit from dedicated support including New Business/Onboarding, Conveyancing Assistants and a Post-Completion Team.

The Role
- Manage a varied caseload from initial instruction to completion
- Deal with Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, New Builds, Remortgages and Transfer of Equity transactions
- Manage no more than 50 files
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other parties throughout the transaction
- Provide an excellent level of client care whilst progressing matters efficiently
The Candidate
- Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal with a minimum of 18 months' residential conveyancing experience, or an established Fee Earner/Conveyancer
- Fee Earners should be confident managing their own caseload and able to hit the ground running
- Experience managing or supporting a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases
- Good understanding of the full conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
