Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Remote
Location: Remote, ideally within 30 miles of Chesham
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job type: Full-time, permanent

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Fee Earner to join an established, CQS-accredited law firm.
This would suit an experienced Fee Earner or Paralegal ready to take the next step and manage residential conveyancing matters with greater independence. You do not need to be a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer.

The role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Reviewing titles, contracts, searches and mortgage offers
  • Raising and responding to enquiries
  • Preparing client reports
  • Managing exchanges and completions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors

You will need

  • Strong residential conveyancing experience
  • Confidence handling freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Experience raising and responding to enquiries
  • Ability to manage files with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisation, communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently from home
