Provide occupational health cover to agency staff

They would actively support the Company health campaigns within the engagement plan improving staff turnover

Home visits would support long term sick return to work reducing absence

They will be able to advise the site on any changes in law / legislation etc, minimising the legal risks to the company

Advise on preventative healthcare

The main part of the role is to undertake confined space health assessments and fork lift drivers health assessments and night shift workers assessments

There will be management referrals and advise regarding capability and rehabilitation, * DSE assessment (The assessment can be done by anyone trained in DSE assessment, but Occupational Health need to be involved if any problems are found)
