About the Role
As a Clinical Manager, you will take on a role with real purpose, leading clinical excellence, mentoring talented clinicians and shaping the future of high-quality musculoskeletal healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership, service development and strategy. You will make a meaningful impact every day by driving best-practice care, developing others and contributing to the growth of a progressive healthcare service.
This is a full-time, 40-hour role, split between clinical and management responsibilities. Clinic opening hours span Mon-Thurs 7.30am-7.30pm, Fri 7.30am-5pm and Sat 8am-4pm. Set working patterns apply, including a maximum of one Saturday per month on rota.
About You
You are an experienced clinician and natural leader who is passionate about evidence-based care and committed to continuous improvement. In this role, you will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years MSK experience
- Lead clinical standards, service development and quality assurance across the team.
- Deliver advanced MSK assessments and treatment for a diverse and complex caseload.
- Mentor clinicians at all levels through structured CPD, coaching and regular reviews.
- Coordinate internal and external education programmes, ensuring gold-standard learning.
- Strengthen professional networks by liaising with healthcare partners and consultants.
- Drive innovation by contributing to audits, service evaluation and clinical improvement projects.
