About the role

As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will play a vital role in transforming cancer care by delivering specialist treatment in the comfort of patients' homes. This is more than a nursing role - it’s a chance to provide one-to-one, holistic care that empowers patients and enhances their quality of life. Working across Nottingham and the surrounding area, you will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, build meaningful relationships with patients and carers, and be a trusted clinical partner in their recovery journey. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values compassion, autonomy, and clinical excellence - making a real difference every day while growing your own skills and confidence.

About you

You are a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will be:

  • Administering chemotherapy treatments safely and effectively in patients' homes.
  • Qualified in administering Cytotoxic Drugs.
  • Building strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders.
  • Documenting clinical data accurately and reporting adverse drug events appropriately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and addressing any competency gaps.
  • Travelling across the region with a full UK driving licence.
  • Collaborating with a wider clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
