Accept Recruitment is excited to offer this opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics operation in Lutterworth. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client’s team on an ongoing 4 on/4 off shift pattern.

Key Details:

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on/4 off (you must be able to commit to this ongoing schedule).

• Hours:
• 06:00 – 16:00- £ 12.36ph
• 14:00 – 00:00- £13.61ph

Or

• Monday – Friday 16:00 – 00:00 -£ 13.01

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading
• Repeatedly lift items up to 20kg unassisted or via team lift for heavier items (up to 25kg).
• Work across various departments as required, showing flexibility and adaptability.
• Identify and suggest process improvements based on your daily experience.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers, maintaining high productivity levels.
• Complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kg unassisted and handle heavier items with team support.
• Commitment to the fixed 4 on/4 off shift schedule.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in distribution or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
