Job Description Functional Assessor
\Additional pay & bonuses:
\Guaranteed £2,000 salary uplift within your first year (subject to approval milestones and contract)
One-off approval bonus of 5% of salary
Up to 10% annual performance bonus based on quality and performance
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

\As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way, carrying out functional assessments that support individuals applying for health-related benefits. This role allows you to apply your clinical judgement while enjoying regular working hours, no night shifts, and no weekend work.
\You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments. Based at one of our UK centres, you'll benefit from a structured working environment, comprehensive training, and clear career development pathways.
\Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate, high-quality reports
Use clinical judgement to assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records in line with clinical governance and quality standards
Engage in ongoing training, CPD, and clinical supervision
Be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist)
Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
