We're looking for a Medical Recruitment Consultant to support the ongoing growth of our established healthcare recruitment division.

You'll focus on sourcing and engaging healthcare professionals for specialist assessment roles, working with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring journey.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will

  • Source and engage healthcare professionals across the UK
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment journey
  • Support candidates from initial enquiry through to onboarding
  • Work closely with key client accounts to understand hiring requirements
  • Conduct candidate screening and suitability assessments
