We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Physiotherapist to join our clients growing team. The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and complex MSK caseload, working across adult and adolescent populations. You will oversee rehabilitation journeys from initial assessment through to full recovery, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) and a modern clinical environment. This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy, clinical challenge, and contributing to service development.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Practice
- Independently manage a complex MSK caseload (spinal & peripheral conditions)
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning and evidence‑based practice
- Ensure clear communication and informed decision‑making throughout treatment
- Track and utilise outcome measures to support clinical effectiveness
- Support clinical governance and risk management standards
- Contribute to audits, policy development, and service improvement initiatives
- Actively support the ongoing development of physiotherapy services
- Engage in continuous professional development (CPD)
- Participate in research and internal knowledge sharing
- Contribute to a culture of learning and clinical excellence
About you
Minimum of 3 years private practice experience. HCPC Registered. Elite sport or specialist clinical roles are desirable.
