As a Registered Nurse, you'll be at the heart of delivering high-quality, one-to-one care in patients' homes - making a real difference every single day. You'll be part of a passionate, multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist IV therapies and holistic care across the North Yorkshire region. About you:
You're a compassionate, qualified nurse who thrives on delivering exceptional care and building trust with patients. You'll bring clinical confidence, a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference.
You’ll be:
- Delivering IV therapies, subcutaneous injections, and venepuncture in line with patient care plans
- Conducting holistic clinical assessments to tailor care to individual needs
- Collaborating with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support recovery
- Maintaining accurate records and upholding professional nursing standards
- Travelling across the region to provide care in patients' homes (full UK driving licence required)
- Championing patient-centred care and continuous improvement
