About the role
As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll play a vital role in transforming cancer care by delivering specialist treatment in the comfort of patients' homes. This is more than a nursing role—it’s a chance to provide one-to-one, holistic care that empowers patients and enhances their quality of life. Working across South East London and the surrounding area, you'll administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, build meaningful relationships with patients and carers, and be a trusted clinical partner in their recovery journey. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team that values compassion, autonomy, and clinical excellence, making a real difference every day while growing your own skills and confidence.
About you
You're a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You'll be:
- Administering chemotherapy treatments safely and effectively in patients' homes.
- Qualified in administrating Cytotoxic Drugs.
- Building strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders.
- Documenting clinical data accurately and reporting adverse drug events appropriately.
- Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and addressing any competency gaps.
- Travelling across the region with a full UK driving licence.
- Collaborating with a wider clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
