- Delivering IV therapies, subcutaneous injections, and venepuncture in line with patient care plans
- Conducting holistic clinical assessments to tailor care to individual needs
- Collaborating with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support recovery
- Maintaining accurate records and upholding professional nursing standards
- Travelling across the region to provide care in patients' homes (full UK driving licence required)
