Hours: Full-time, Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

About the role
As a Functional Assessor, you\\\’ll use your clinical expertise to assess how health conditions impact people\\\’s daily lives and ability to work. It\\\’s a role that blends medical knowledge with meaningful human connection – giving you the chance to support individuals while contributing to a fair and compassionate benefits system.
You\’ll carry out assessments both face-to-face and via video or phone, taking detailed medical histories and conducting physical examinations. Your findings will help inform accurate, high-quality reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). You\’ll be trusted to work independently, but you\\\’ll also be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team that values collaboration and continuous learning.

- A registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic with at least 12 months\\\’ post-registration UK experience

- Digitally capable, with experience using clinical software and systems
- Self-motivated and organised, with a focus on quality and integrity
- Team-oriented, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working culture
