Location: Bromborough - Wirral

Hours: 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday with 4:30pm finish or 4 days per week.

Salary: £22 per hour + mileage expenses/ £34,320

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Falls Practitioner Physiotherapist to join a well-established Falls Prevention Service. About the Role

In this role, you will support pre-frail older adults who have experienced falls or are at risk of falling. You will deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting independence and reducing risk.

  • Carry out multifactorial falls risk assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized care and intervention plans
  • Assess for and provide low-level equipment and mobility aids
  • Prescribe strength and balance exercise programmes
  • Refer patients to appropriate healthcare professionals and services
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your own caseload
  • Support the training and supervision of junior staff and students
  • Participate in clinical audits and service improvement initiatives
  • Provide operational support and deputise for the Team Leader when required

About You

You will be a motivated and empathetic Physiotherapist with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience at Band 6 level (preferred)
