We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our clients care home team.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, ensuring residents receive the dignity, respect, and support they deserve while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Working closely with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and care team, you will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to our residents.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will
- Assess, plan, implement, and review individualised care plans for residents.
- Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing and personal care.
- Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Administer medications safely and in line with NMC standards and organisational policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation.
- Lead and support care staff during shifts, promoting best practice at all times.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and contribute to audits and quality improvement activities.
- Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Support the induction, supervision, and development of care staff.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Current NMC registration.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing care practices.
- Experience in care planning and medication administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
