You will supervise Therapists, Apprentices and Therapy Assistants, and deputise for the Therapy Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred support for learners with complex disabilities.
The role requires HCPC registration, a degree in Occupational Therapy, and at least four years post-qualification experience including senior or specialist work.
