Location: Bromborough - Wirral
Hours: 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday with 4:30pm finish or 4 days per week.
Salary: £22 per hour + mileage expenses/ £34,320
About the Role
In this role, you will support pre-frail older adults who have experienced falls or are at risk of falling. You will deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting independence and reducing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multifactorial falls risk assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement individualised care and intervention plans
- Assess for and provide low-level equipment and mobility aids
- Prescribe strength and balance exercise programmes
- Refer patients to appropriate healthcare professionals and services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your own caseload
- Support the training and supervision of junior staff and students
- Participate in clinical audits and service improvement initiatives
- Provide operational support and deputise for the Team Leader when required
About You
You will be a motivated and empathetic Physiotherapist with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registration
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience at Band 6 level (preferred)
