This is an opportunity to support older adults through their recovery journey, helping them rebuild confidence, improve mobility, and regain independence following hospital discharge. Working within a modern rehabilitation setting, you'll manage your own caseload, develop tailored therapy programmes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. The Opportunity As Physiotherapist, you will: Manage a caseload of residents requiring rehabilitation support Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop personalised treatment plans Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes focused on mobility, strength, and independence Work alongside residents to establish meaningful and achievable rehabilitation goals Support discharge planning and safe transitions back into the community Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Doctors, and wider healthcare teams Provide guidance and supervision to therapy assistants Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews About You: To be successful, you will have: Degree in Physiotherapy Current HCPC registration Strong understanding of professional standards and physiotherapy best practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with older adults, rehabilitation services, or within a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
