SJB Contracting Ltd are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee several projects running concurrently in the South East of England. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager with a background in managing multiple sites.
Role Overview:
- Site management experience working on New Build projects with Carpentry experience essential.
- Ability to understand detailed site drawings and relay this information to the carpentry team.
- Supervision/Management of the workforce on site to achieve the highest level of productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Planning and co-ordination of direct labour as well as the management and ensuring that programme is on time and on budget.
- Updating of the programme works, preparation of performance and status reports.
- Develop a close working relationship with all site personnel to foster a good team spirit.
General Requirements:
- SMSTS/SSSTS.
- Gold/Black CSCS Card.
Salary: TBC dependent on experience.
