Also looking for Non Working Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager with a background in managing multiple sites. Role Overview: Site Management: Extensive experience in managing carpentry projects is essential. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Technical Expertise: Ability to interpret detailed site drawings and effectively communicate this information to the carpentry team. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the on-site workforce, driving productivity while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate direct labour while managing project timelines to ensure completion on time and within budget. Reporting: Regularly update project timelines, prepare performance and status reports, and maintain accurate records. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team spirit by building strong working relationships with all site personnel. Quality and Safety: Adhere to strict standards for quality control, health and safety, welfare, and environmental procedures. Attend required training and induction courses to stay informed on all relevant systems and protocols. Professionalism: Demonstrate dedication, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic, setting a high standard for the entire team. General Requirements: Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and Gold/Black CSCS Card are mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in carpentry and site management. Driving License : Full & Clean Drivers License Salary: Salary: 60k-70k dependent on experience.
