The Finance Business Partner in Volunteering is responsible for providing support with the development of financial plans, analysis of financial performance, and forecasts for the Adult Volunteering area. The role aims to deliver high-quality business insights to support and influence strategic decision-making by St John’s management teams. As a key member of the Financial Planning and Insight team, the successful candidate will ensure the delivery of the annual three-year budgeting process aligned with strategic operational plans. Regular stakeholder engagement will be necessary to review and challenge reported performance against plans. This role covers the Adult Volunteering segment and supports other organizational overheads.
