Expected Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week across retail trading hours, including weekends.

We are looking for an experienced, confident and commercially driven Lead Brand Ambassador & Retail Team Leader to take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience from our premium retail kiosk. This is a hands-on leadership role where the majority of your time will be spent engaging customers, demonstrating products and driving sales, while also leading, coaching and supporting a small team of Brand Ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Experience: Lead by example through proactive customer engagement and exceptional customer service. Deliver engaging live demonstrations of premium hair styling tools and complementary haircare products. Recommend products based on individual customer needs, hair type and styling goals. Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling. Confidently explain product features, benefits and safe usage. Process customer sales and maintain an outstanding retail experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Support, coach and inspire the Brand Ambassador team through positive leadership. Deliver onboarding and product training for new team members. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Foster a positive, professional and high-performing team culture. Monitor attendance, punctuality and presentation standards.
- Retail Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the retail kiosk. Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards are maintained. Keep the kiosk clean, organised and fully stocked. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Reporting & Administration: Record and report daily, weekly and monthly sales figures. Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs. Prepare sales and operational reports for management. Collect customer feedback and market insights.

- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel or similar software to record and report sales performance.
- Personal experience using hair styling tools such as straighteners, curlers, hair dryers or multi-stylers.
