Operations Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of offshore infrastructure projects across the UK and Northern Europe.
This is a senior appointment, you will report into the Director, and CEO.
This position is suited to someone with a strong background in marine operations, subsea construction, or offshore project delivery, who can provide operational leadership from project planning through to execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of offshore installation and maintenance projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful execution.
Coordinate marine assets, offshore personnel, and specialist contractors to meet project objectives.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and supply chain partners to support project delivery.
Contribute technical expertise during bid and proposal stages, identifying practical and cost-effective installation solutions.
Act as the primary operational contact for clients, maintaining clear communication throughout project execution.
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reduce risk, and enhance project efficiency.
About You Demonstrable experience managing offshore or marine operations within the energy or subsea sector.
Strong understanding of offshore installation activities, vessel coordination, and contractor management.
Experience supporting project planning, mobilisation, and execution.
Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to tender and bid activities.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Experience in HVDC, Subsea Cable Installation, Cable Repair Projects.
