Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Daily engagement with workshop supervisor and shift leads, building collaborative relationships, ensuring resource allocation is evenly balanced between S J Bargh and external customers. Monitor the Service reception function and assist Customer Service Advisor with any queries or opportunities. Ensure Scania booking in processes are being followed. Upsell the Scania product, utilise fixed priced repairs and special offers to engage current customers and attract new custom. Engage with Scania account Managers for technical assistance and help with claims, where required contact Scania workshops for updates on internal contracts and contract inclusions. Ensure a smooth flow of job cards to invoicing teams ensuring a consistent level of WIP within the required criteria are being effectively managed. Assist R&M and Warranty Administrator with technical queries to increase positive data entry and reduce rejected claims. Support management meetings and Scania representatives to discuss performance and discrepancies in operational procedures. Deliver customer satisfaction and act on any urgent demands from SJB.
  • Staff Management: Assess and agree appropriate Scania product training by conducting 1-2-1 discussions with workshop staff.
