Ensure a smooth flow of job cards to invoicing teams ensuring a consistent level of WIP within the required criteria are being effectively managed. Assist R&M and Warranty Administrator with technical queries to increase positive data entry and reduce rejected claims. Support management meetings and Scania representatives to discuss performance and discrepancies in operational procedures. Deliver customer satisfaction and act on any urgent demands from SJB.
