You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person. Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Answer guest queries on products, prices and house facilities/activities
- Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate requests
- Ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times and ensure that the reception area is tidy and ready for service
- Help create a fun, exciting and safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return
- Help run children’s birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
- Face painting and balloon modelling
- Selling of various food and drink items to guests
