Strategy and Performance Analyst
Location: London, 2-3 days a week in the office
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus extensive benefits including:

What You Will Be Doing
- Working flexibly across strategy, transformation and governance activities
- Analysing data and turning it into clear, meaningful insights
- Supporting business cases and decision making at senior level
- Building and improving processes and ways of working
- Creating dashboards and performance reporting
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders and asking the right questions
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as an analyst or working in a transformation or change environment is essential
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and handling data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Exposure to performance reporting, KPIs or dashboardsConfident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curious mindset and willingness to challenge and explore
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast‑moving environment
- Power BI experience is beneficial but not essential
- A degree in business analytics or similar is beneficial but not essential
