The Opportunity
Sizewell C. The power of good for Britain. The project is a nuclear new build in Suffolk, following the success of Hinkley Point C. It has planning approval and Government financing support. When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years and contribute to the UK’s Net Zero by 2050. We offer a hybrid working approach and provide IT equipment for home-based work.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join the project team at Sizewell C. You will play a critical role in the planning and control of civil engineering activities, ensuring that schedules are robust, achievable, and aligned with project goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering scheduling, a strong understanding of project controls, and a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale construction schedules.
The Skills
- Proven experience as a Scheduler within civil engineering projects, preferably within nuclear, infrastructure, or large-scale construction sectors.
- Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of project controls, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and schedule risk analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, scheduling, or civil engineering are highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a complex project environment.
