The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: London or Ipswich (Suffolk)

Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite – occasional travel between Sizewell C locations.

Salary: Circa £43,000 (dependent on experience)

Bonus: 5%

Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 5 years

Pension: Contributory pension up to 7.5% employee / 15% employer

Join the Sizewell C Reward Team and play a key role in one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure projects. We are seeking candidates with proven analyst experience in a complex organisation, strong data interpretation skills, hands-on experience with reward or job evaluation systems, and the ability to produce clear, accurate HR reports and insights.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Payroll, Reward & Pensions Manager, you will support the design, implementation, and management of our reward framework. This includes analysing compensation and benefits data, supporting annual reward cycles, and ensuring fair, competitive, and compliant pay structures across the project.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience in an analyst role, able to interpret and analyse large datasets confidently
  • Demonstrable experience with reward systems (HR Analyst, Reward Analyst, HR Data Analyst, or similar)
  • Experience using reward or job evaluation systems, with understanding of job evaluation, grading structures, and reward frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with HRIS or reward/compensation systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to present complex data and insights clearly
  • Good understanding of compensation principles
Desirable
  • Knowledge of Hay, Mercer, or other job evaluation methodologies
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
