Location: Based in London, 2 days per week in office, with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract: Permanent, full‑time.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
Benefits:
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.

About The Role: We are seeking a Programme Excellence & Innovation – Technical Support / Specialist professional to join the Sizewell C team. This role will support the continuous improvement of programme delivery by enabling innovation, standardisation and best practice across technical and delivery teams. You will work closely with programme management, engineering, digital and assurance functions to help drive efficiencies, embed lessons learned and support the adoption of new tools, processes and technologies.
Essential – About You:
- BSc in Mathematics / Physics or another relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to analyse data, processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- High standard of interpersonal skills with open communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Desirable:
- Experience with digital tools (e.g., Power Apps), reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI) or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting complex programmes or major infrastructure projects (nuclear, energy, rail or similar highly regulated environments preferred).
