Sizewell C is continuing to grow and evolve as an independent organisation, playing a key role in delivering one of the UK's largest and most important energy projects. As part of this journey, we're now looking to recruit for the following position.
Location: London / Manchester / Suffolk (Hybrid, 3+ Days in Office)

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced, driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-volume in-house recruitment team in London. You'll be right at the centre of the action – managing recruitment for the Commercial and Supply Chain team, balancing competing priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders who are as demanding as they are passionate about what they do. You’ll work closely with the Recruitment team, HR and Commercial team hiring managers to deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment experience. This means managing everything from briefings and advertising through to sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding – all while keeping things compliant, fast and candidate-focused. This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to juggle multiple priorities, often at speed, and communicate confidently with everyone from project directors to HR colleagues. You’ll be recruiting across a mix of disciplines including Supply Chain, Commercial Manager, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, across all levels. Flexibility and resilience are essential.
What You’ll be Doing
- Managing up to 30 live vacancies at any one time, ensuring delivery against tight timelines.
- Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs across multiple business areas.
- Writing engaging, inclusive adverts and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
- Using data and insight to track progress and continuously improve ways of working.
- Supporting wider recruitment campaigns and assessment activity across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial/ Procurement recruitment background within the Construction/ Infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills – you’ll need to keep multiple teams aligned and informed.
- Strong sourcing ability, confident using LinkedIn, job boards and other direct methods.
- A self-starter who stays calm and organised under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with real attention to detail.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating, problem-solving and getting things done.
Where You’ll Work
You’ll be based in one of our offices – London, Manchester – at least three days per week, with flexibility across Monday to Friday. You’ll also need to travel to Suffolk occasionally for team meetings and stakeholder engagement.

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
