The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

As Project Manager, you will lead a team of four Supervisors, who in turn manage the labour and plant on site.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of the works and site team.
  • Managing and driving the project programme.
  • Providing technical input and resolving technical issues.
  • Liaising directly with the client and key project stakeholders.
  • Managing and coordinating the four Supervisors.
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinating labour, plant and resources to meet programme requirements.
  • Monitoring progress and identifying any potential delays or issues.
  • Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery.

This is a great opportunity to take a key role on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, working on specialist civils and sustainability-related works within the Sizewell C development.

Please note: Due to the nature of the project, you will be required to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance to work on site at Sizewell C.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to take responsibility for the successful delivery of these works.

  • A strong civil engineering background.
  • Previous experience managing civil engineering projects.
  • Good technical understanding of civils, drainage and/or earthworks.
  • Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong client liaison and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage programmes and drive delivery.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of a project.
