Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (5 days a week onsite).

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The Opportunity: This is your chance to take on a pivotal leadership role on one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Manager at Sizewell C, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of major Systems, Structures and Components (SSCs) across the full EPCC lifecycle ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget. Reporting to the Lead, you will drive performance across large, complex work packages while leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead delivery of major contracts (£100m - £500m scope)
  • Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and matrix teams
  • Define and execute delivery strategies aligned to the Programme Execution Plan
  • Oversee cost, schedule, risk and performance (including EVM)
  • Manage contractors and commercial delivery
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the programme
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

  • Power, communications and water systems
  • Buildings, welfare and security facilities

What You’ll Bring: You are a proven leader who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments and knows how to turn strategy into delivery.

  • A strong track record of delivering major infrastructure or energy projects in regulated environments
  • Experience leading EPC / EPCM project delivery across full lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of contract and commercial management (NEC, FIDIC or similar)
  • Proven capability managing cost, risk, schedule and change across complex programmes
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, motivate and align teams
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with a focus on delivery performance and results

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in relevant discipline (engineering, construction, physics)
  • Chartered status (or working towards)
  • Knowledge of CDM, APM / PRINCE2 methodologies
  • Understanding of nuclear quality (desirable)
  • Knowledge of EPR design (desirable)
