What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver impactful learning and development programmes.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with workforce planning.
- Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers pathways.
- Support line managers with coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive early careers recruitment and onboarding processes.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Early Careers Business Partner (or similar) role within a large business.
- Strong understanding of how to run effective, inclusive, and varied early careers programmes (ranging from level 3 apprenticeships, internships, summer placements, industrial placements, to graduate level).
- Previously designed and delivered early careers programmes.
- Knowledge of HR best practice and employment law regarding Early Careers.
- Ability to thrive in complex, fast‑changing environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Passion for supporting people at the start of their careers.
- Strong English and maths literacy.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable, but not essential.

Sizewell C is building a 3.2‑gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast, generating low‑carbon electricity for at least 60 years, supplying over 6 million homes and supporting around 7% of the UK’s current electricity needs. The project is funded under the Regulated Asset Base funding model (RAB) with UK Government as the largest shareholder, alongside other partners.
