The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits

Benefits include:

  • Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
  • Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution and 15% employer contribution.

About the Role

As Data Product Lead, you will embed data and AI at the heart of the SZC programme. This role is for a systems thinker and delivery integrator, someone who understands the complexity of major infrastructure and can translate it into intelligent, AI-ready data products that drive real-world outcomes. You will lead a skilled team of Data Product Managers and Agile PMs, working alongside technical experts within our Data Centre of Excellence and senior business stakeholders to define, deliver and maintain high-value data products. Unlocking the value of our data by enabling reporting, predictive insight, automation, and smarter decision-making across SZC and our supply chain.

About You

  • Experience delivering data products in capital project or asset-intensive environments
  • Track record of delivering data solutions that drive measurable operational value.
  • Extensive experience of product management and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of data products, platforms, BI and AI/ML technologies.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder leadership at senior executive level
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritise based on value
