Assistant Land Manager – Suffolk, IP16, UK Job Description Sizewell C. Sizewell C (hybrid working arrangements). Permanent full-time. The role is expected to be a full- time position however we are open to discussing a more flexible or part- time approach where possible. Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Land Manager to support the delivery of land acquisition, management, and access arrangements across this nationally significant infrastructure project. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively. As an Assistant Land Manager, you will support the Land & Property team in managing a diverse portfolio of land interests related to the Sizewell C development. Your responsibilities will span everything from assisting in landowner negotiations to helping manage access rights and maintaining accurate records. Degree or equivalent qualification in Land Management, Surveying, Rural Practice, or related field. A keen interest in working in a major infrastructure project role in the UK from a land perspective, particularly in relation to commercial property or agricultural property management and implementing compulsory acquisition powers.
