The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

Career Area: Project Management

Location: Based in Ipswich on a hybrid basis with regular travel to London as required.

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Benefits:

  • Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
  • Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution and 15% employer contribution.

About the Role:

You will lead the development, coordination and continuous improvement of reporting across the Civils Programme. Working closely with Project Controls, Delivery Teams, Commercial, Planning, Cost and Risk functions, you will ensure senior leadership receives timely, consistent and meaningful performance information. The successful candidate will champion reporting excellence, data quality and automation while supporting programme governance and strategic decision-making.

About You:

  • Significant experience in programme reporting on large, complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of Project Controls disciplines including Planning, Cost, Risk and Change.
  • Experience of implementing reporting frameworks and developing reporting functions in a project environment.
  • Experience producing executive-level reports and dashboards for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experienced in utilising reporting tools and systems such as PowerBi and Excel.
  • Data literate and able to manage report developers and data teams.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex project data into clear management information.
  • Experience working with multiple contractors and integrated delivery teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
