Location: Hybrid; London (minimum 2 days per week onsite) with occasional travel to France

Annual Leave: 28 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 days after 5 years)

This is a unique opportunity to influence the successful delivery of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. Join a major infrastructure programme and lead the delivery of Project Controls across cost, schedule, risk and performance management. You'll play a key role in shaping programme-wide controls, supporting the setup of a data lake, embedding controls requirements across the supply chain and MEH delivery teams, and driving the evolution of programme reporting and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Programme Project Controls team.
  • Oversee cost, schedule, risk and performance management activities.
  • Establish and manage programme budgets, forecasting and reporting.
  • Support the Programme Director with decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Drive the evolution of programme reporting and governance processes.
  • Lead the embedment of Project Controls requirements across the supply chain.
  • Support the implementation of MEH Controls requirements.
  • Oversee the setup and development of a programme data lake and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure consistent application of Project Controls standards and procedures.

About You

  • Significant experience in Project Controls, Programme Management or Commercial Management.
  • Strong background delivering major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cost management, planning, risk and project delivery.
  • Experience working with complex supply chains and FIDIC contracts.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Configuration management and systems experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong data analytics and big data experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience within a regulated environment is beneficial.
