This is a critical leadership role supporting IT operational resilience, cyber resilience, incident response, service continuity, and recovery planning within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will work across digital, security, infrastructure, applications, operational technology interfaces, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure critical systems can be sustained or recovered through all phases of the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management Systems, ISO 22301 principles, and the alignment between business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security practices.
  • Experience operating within regulated sectors such as nuclear, energy, infrastructure, transportation, defence, or other environments where resilience of critical technology services is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating IT recovery exercises, scenario testing, incident response activities, and post-incident lessons learned reviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non–technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capability, including experience with business impact analysis, dependency mapping, recovery objectives, and continuity governance.

Identify practical continuity and recovery solutions at the appropriate operational level while supporting enterprise‑wide resilience objectives.
