This is a critical leadership role supporting IT operational resilience, cyber resilience, incident response, service continuity, and recovery planning within a highly regulated environment. • Experience operating within regulated sectors such as nuclear, energy, infrastructure, transportation, defence, or other environments where resilience of critical technology services is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating IT recovery exercises, scenario testing, incident response activities, and post-incident lessons learned reviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non–technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capability, including experience with business impact analysis, dependency mapping, recovery objectives, and continuity governance.
